FHNB LLC will not accept returned products; however, in the event that a product is damaged, incorrect or faulty please contact your sales representative or send an email with pictures documenting the photographic evidence of the mistake or shipping damage.

We will reach out to you directly so please include contact information and preferred time/ method of contact.

A member of our team will contact you to review the situation and recommend next steps. In order to report an issue

1. Do not return packages as our shipping facility is unable to receive deliveries

3. Include photographic evidence and a brief explanation of any damage or discrepancies with your order
